From breakfast through dinner, Chef Vito Trento's cuisine delights our guests, bringing together flavors and culinary traditions that create a culinary experience to be enjoyed.

It is an experience that is renewed every day in the rooms of our restaurant, decorated with care and skill by two artisans from Val di Fiemme who created and hand-painted the sculptures that animate the ceiling. 

It is from this work, strongly desired by Carlo, Sara and Gianni’s father, that the restaurant took the affectionate nickname Opera di Carletto. And it is here that, every day, chef Vito Trento offers guests of the Hotel Madonna delle Nevi his cuisine made up of unprecedented encounters between aromas and flavors. 

Strengthened by his experience in prestigious starred restaurants, chef Vito Trento in fact enjoys combining the ingredients of his homeland, the warm and sunny Puglia, with the peasant tradition of Trentino cuisine, thus creating a gastronomic experience capable of surprising for the balance and innovation of its combinations.

Accompanying him is Mario, the historic head waiter at the Hotel Madonna delle Nevi.

Welcoming and respectful, Mario is the right person to ask for the perfect wine to pair with our chef’s creations. Thanks to his 20 years of experience, he will be able to recommend the right bottle to enhance the flavour of your dish.

The rich breakfast buffet

07.30 - 09.45 am

For our guests, the gastronomic experience of discovering the flavors of Hotel Madonna delle Nevi begins from the morning, at the rich breakfast buffet. In the wide selection of savory and sweet dishes, homemade cakes and freshly prepared pancakes stand out in originality.

A perfect energy recharge for those who want to enjoy all that our area offers to those seeking an active, outdoor vacation.

The tasty snack

4.30 - 5.30 pm

The journey into our flavors continues in the middle of the afternoon, when the tasty snack available to all our guests is served. 

As at breakfast, it is also possible to choose between sweet and savory proposals at snack time, which will satisfy even the most demanding palates.

The surprising dinner

7.30 - 8.45 pm

Finally, dinner, which represents the heart of our gastronomic experience and the moment when the chef offers guests the best of his idea of cuisine. A cuisine that is expressed in the ample buffet of appetizers and side dishes and in the courses served at the table, for which there are always three choices for first courses and three for second courses. 

In addition to the menu for adults, a dedicated children’s menu is also available at dinner.
