GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Commission concerning the protection of personal data;
Navigation data
This refers to data received by IT systems and software procedures used for the functioning of the website in their normal operation, which may allow users of the website to be identified by means of elaboration and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes, for example, IP address or domain name; URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) address (ftp://… ,  http://… ,  mailto: etc), time and method used to forward a request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error etc).
Cookies

Data provided voluntarily by the user

Sending emails to addresses indicated above, completing the Contact or Hospitality pages of the website are entirely optional, explicit and voluntary, and entail the subsequent acquisition of data provided by the user, including any information which may be included in the message.
We inform users that this data is processed with the sole purpose of responding efficiently to their requests, in accordance with the stipulations of the Privacy Code; likewise any request to receive newsletters and promotional and/or informative materials, which must be accompanied by explicit content by the user.
Data may be disclosed to companies of the group and, potentially to individuals external to the company such as lawyers, accountants, advisors, credit institutes, sector associations etc used by our company.
Data will not be circulated under any circumstances.

Statement regarding navigation of the website

This website uses technical cookies. Specifically,

Another function offered by many browsers is the Incognito mode. Methods of data processing

  • the right to oppose, wholly or partially:
